Beijing DHP is committed to the development and application of equipment and technology of chemical fiber spinning & take-up line, aiming at bringing to the market more advanced, energy-efficient and practical complete package of chemical fiber spinning equipment tailed to the needs of our customers.

Established in August 1995 and located in Jinma Gongyequ near Capital International Airport, Beijing DHP is a high and new tech company with a history of almost twenty years. In conformity with ISO9001:2008 Standard we are a manufacturer supplying complete package of chemical fiber spinning equipment. Our products mainly include various spinning and take-up equipment, chips dryer, air purifying and dehumidifier system, chips conveying system, Solid State Polycondensation plant, PPS dryer, and equipment for film production line.

As one of the most major manufacturers of mechanical equipment for chemical fiber spinning line in China, Beijing DHP has developed into a comprehensive company of spinning line equipment and technologies which offers full range services including research and development, design, manufacturing and international trade etc. DHP products had successfully entered into international market many years ago and won great kudos. Currently, with nearly 400 professional employees, Beijing DHP enjoys good reputation both in China and abroad and has become an internationally renowned brand in the chemical fiber spinning mechanical industry.

Major Events in Development:

In August 1995, Beijing DHP Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd was established and the first set of FBCD Type Fully Fluid Pre-crystallized and Column Dryer was sold.

From 1996 to 1999, we had developed the continuous inner heating regeneration compressed air dryer, ambient/recycle air dryer, continuous recycled bottle flakes dryer for stable fiber spinning, compact PET chip dryer, and other new products with self-owned IPR and national patents.

On Oct. 28, 2001, our new business and manufacturing base built in Jinma Gongyequ, Shunyi District, was put into use.

In 2003, DHP products entered into international market and won kudos from overseas customers by its advanced technology and craftsmanship as well as good after-sale service.

In 2005, the tenth anniversary of Beijing DHP’s establishment, our company’s export rate was over 60%. The international trade output of relative products reached USD30,000,000. In October 2005, the AHU with airflow of 500,000 M3/hr was developed and exported overseas successfully.

In June 2007, plant for PET chip Solid State Polycondensation was developed.

In 2008, obtained national patent.

In 2009, the machine for chemical fiber spinning and take-up line was developed, manufactured and successfully extended into international market.

In 2011, the full sets of equipment for chemical fiber spinning line were manufactured in bulk and successfully promoted to both domestic and international market.
