One-step process PA6 mother yarn spinning & taking-up technology and equipment: DHP is the first in China supplying industrialized and large-scale PA6 mother yarn spinning & taking-up machine. Only in one week’s time, we have successfully commissioned and started our 24 positions of PA6 mother yarn spinning & taking-up equipment in Fujian Zhenhua Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd. The produced mother yarn possesses high success rate for splitting and 
is of low consumption in spinning. This kind of spinning technology and equipment stands the leading level in China.

PET semi-high tenacity yarn spinning & taking-up technology and equipment: DHP has till now supplied more than 100 positions PET semi-high tenacity yarn spinning and taking-up machine to China leading producer - Changshu Polyester Co., Ltd. The semi-high tenacity yarn produced is characterized with high tenacity, steady quality, high output and low consumption etc. DHP’s cooperation with Changshu Polyester Co., Ltd has made its technology and equipment of this kind become standing the No. 1 in China.

Polyester POY/FDY Bi-shrinkage Yarn (BSY) spinning & taking-up technology and equipment: DHP has pioneered in developing this new type polyester POY/FDY BSY spinning & taking-up technology and equipment. The yarn it produced fluffs up well and is of low broken filaments. The BSY produced by Wujiang GongLi Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd which cooperating with DHP machines has achieved the leading level in its quality in China. Recently, we have successfully cooperated with industry leading producer - Jiangsu Silk Group.

Winder: DHP has successfully produced real high-speed FDY winder in large scale based on former  winder type by continuous researching, developing and improving. The process speed is guaranteed to be steady above 4800m/min.

Mainly Introduction of DHP New Products.

Cam Shaft type winder: DHP new type winder adopts servo driver, the turret is moving in a circular motion with the package,in the process of winding, the turret rotate in precise positioning according to the change of the diameter of package. The changeover angel of turret is less than 180°when full packaged. Especially in long spindles, it plays an important role in the multi-pack- age production.

Heavy denier large-package Spandex Winder:

This is a first winder for heavy denier spandex filament, Bobbin weight is 3kg with 300mm diameter.

New type dynamic mixer technology and equipment: DHP adopts the advanced mixing method which can achieve the online feeding thoroughly mix the master batch melt and main melt. It can be used in direct spinning.
